Before you have a baby you spend countless hours planning the baby’s room. Which if you are lucky the baby actually ends up sleeping there. Our baby made it into his room around 4 months. His room is used now used for two things- both he dreads- sleep and diaper changes. I have toys in there but he doesn’t play in there much.
Before you have a baby you spend time planning on child proofing the house, well, ok you mean to do that.
But before you have a baby you forget that soon they will need to have a child area that allows them to play and enjoy time at home. Kodi was starting to hate being at home. It was not fun, it was drap, and there was no place that was his. So, I decided it was time to change that was our “playroom” into a real playroom. But I didn’t want it to be the typical plastic jungle. It needed to have order and a reason, and it needed to possibly function as a homeschool room (I am considering homeschooling Kodi). So I began to research… thank you time sucker pinterest.
Here are before photos of our “playroom.”
