It appears that Mama is not the only one trying to get in shape for the New Year. Kodi has plans as well. Big plans.
His program, I have given the title Crib-2-Crawl. It starts bright and early, and requires lots and lots of will power and determination. Here is a snap shot into a day in the life of the program
5 am– 30 minutes of revving engine practice. This is where you get on all fours and rock back and forth. Eventually this mutates into crawling, and thus the completion at the end of the program.
The rest of the day has no particular order but includes the following:
The Johnny Jump Up: Now most programs would just have you jump, but not with advanced program– you have to jump and spin for at least 15 minutes.
The Walker: Spend as much time as possible, but a minimum of 30 minutes a day in the walker. It is best if you can run into things while chasing a paper bag and holding a spatula (This video to follow in another post). It is also best if Mama doesn’t interrupt… apparently bumping the dog gate is was the goal (gee Mama, get with the program!)
Melt Down: You might think I meant to say COOL down, nope. With all that activity, one needs to have a melt down or two or three. This is ideally timed when Mama is also trying to work and realizes she just deleted instead of save an important file and can’t recover it!
That completes the snap shot into the Crib-2-Crawl program.
Oh, and eat pretzels and peaches– it helps keep the energy up and the engine going!
