This year I have many goals…
1. Get my butt in shape. While I lost a ton of weight bouncing a sick baby for 6+ hours a day (either on an exercise ball or walk him in a front carry for hours and hours), I still can’t run to save my life. Ok, well I can run to save my life, if and only if it was a turtle attempting to attack me. My plan is to do the Couch-to-5K Plan starting today!
2. Get organized. I used to do the Fly Lady Plan, which I loved. It helped a messy tornado like myself stay on the ball. But sadly I hardly even have time for the few minutes a day she has you do. My plan will be a modified version of her plan. Instead of weekly zones, I am going to have monthly zones. A few minutes a day/week for a month. I am going to start with our bedroom.
3. Downsize. Clean out the attic and the basement. Reduce the clutter and junk that is hidden in ever closet and cabinet in our house. And if I haven’t used it or seen it in a year, most likely I don’t even know I have it, and therefore can assume that I don’t need it!
4. Blog. Yes, I already do this, but I want my blog to be a bit more. I am going to try to do at least one blog a week that is more in depth and then two photo posts. I really want to focus on soy/dairy free recipes and to post about my breastfeed diet adventures. Oh, and maybe I will actually finish designing this blog. I spend all my time on websites for my clients I have no time to make this blog look presentable.
