So I decided the bulk of this blog will be where we like to eat in Richmond since that seems to be what we do a lot of. Also, as it gets warmer we are going to do tours of places in Richmond. Hopefully my restaurant reviews will get a bit better with time but here is another one…..
Saturday night we went to Kuba Kuba. The atmosphere is busy and it is not uncommon to have to wait for a seat. If you are looking for good food, medium price range, and a family friendly place with a bit more style that most restaurants then I would recommend Kuba Kuba.
I always love their Empanadillas with Picadillo (Kuban Beef) to start with.
Scott’s favorite is the Kuban Roast Pork ($13.95). It is a HUGE serving and can easily make two meals if not more. Every time he gets it he says Chris King would love this dish… so Chris (or Liza) if you read this, Scott wants you to eat at Kuba Kuba.
I always go for the Chicken Pineapple Sandwich ($6.95).

Also while we were eating I look over to the table next to us and there is Mrs. Laura!!!!!
